For Your Blessings

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.  He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.  He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness or his name's sake.  Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shado of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.  Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.  Surely goodess and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.   --Ps 23

The intent of this site is to provide inspiration and  encouragement for all women.  Also to convey our  belief   that life, faith, and hope are gifts from God.                                 Prayers For SisterHood

Dear God... We come before you this first day of a brand new year with exceedingly great joy.  Joyful and thankful that you have brought us Cross.gifthrough 2008 to the doors of 2009 and allowed us to enter in.  We bow before your throne saying All Praise, Glory to Your Holy Name, Alleluia.
Father we pray for a desire to do those things in 2009 that will build your kingdom and bring the lost wihin the fold.  We pray that we will be a blessing as we are so blessed.  As we travel through this year, we especially pray that we will be that beacon of light  illuminating the safe harbor of your love.  Not by our goodness but by your mercy and grace, we ask these things in the name of the Father, the Son, and  the Holy Spirit.  Amen

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
